Saving Lives
The Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter, an open intake shelter, receives animals from Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, and York County. Together, Friends of PRAS and the Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter are committed to providing lifesaving resources and positive outcomes to animals in need.
